2. 🧘 Service Description
MyYogaCoach provides access to live yoga sessions (group and 1:1), wellness coaching, and subscription-based wellness programs via online platforms like Zoom.
We do not provide medical advice. All services are for general wellness purposes only.
3. 👤 User Eligibility
To use our services:
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You must have internet access and a compatible device.
- If you have a medical condition or injury, consult your doctor before starting yoga sessions.
4. 🗓️ Bookings & Cancellations
- All sessions must be booked in advance via the booking system on our website.
- Users can cancel or reschedule a session up to 6 hours before the scheduled time.
- Missed sessions without cancellation are non-refundable.
- Group sessions start on time. Late entry may not be allowed.
5. 💳 Payments
- Payments for sessions and subscriptions are collected in advance.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or PayPal.
- No refunds are offered once a plan or session is booked, unless the session is canceled from our side.
6. 👨🏫 Trainers
- Our yoga trainers are certified and vetted by MyYogaCoach.
- Trainers are independent professionals and are not employees of the company.
- We reserve the right to assign or reassign trainers based on availability and expertise.
7. ⛔ Code of Conduct
Users agree to:
- Maintain respectful communication with trainers and other participants.
- Not record, share, or redistribute any session without permission.
- Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.
8. 🧾 Subscription & Auto-Renewal
- Some plans may auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- You can manage your subscription from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@myyogacoach.in.
9. 🔐 Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
10. 💡 Health Disclaimer
Yoga involves physical movement. By participating in our sessions:
- You confirm that you are in good health and able to practice.
- You accept full responsibility for your participation.
- MyYogaCoach and its trainers are not liable for any injuries sustained during practice.
If you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort — stop immediately and seek professional medical advice.
11. 🛠️ Modifications to Services
We may:
- Modify or discontinue sessions
- Change pricing or availability
- Update these Terms
Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes implies acceptance.
