At MyYogaCoach.in, we value your time and commitment, and we aim to deliver high-quality, live yoga sessions with experienced trainers. In order to maintain fairness and operational efficiency, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.
❌ Refund Policy
All purchases made on MyYogaCoach.in, including demo sessions, individual classes, monthly plans, and subscription plans, are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for:
- Missed classes (group or 1:1)
- No-shows
- Late cancellations
- Unused sessions within a package
Please ensure you are confident about your booking before completing your purchase.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for booked sessions (group or personal) are not accepted once payment is made.
- Monthly and subscription-based plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable once activated.
- In case we (MyYogaCoach) cancel a class or session for any reason, a suitable alternative or rescheduling option will be offered.
🔁 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules can change. We allow rescheduling of regular sessions if:
- You inform us at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled class
- Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability
To request a reschedule:
- Email us at support@myyogacoach.in
- Mention your name, booking ID, original session time, and preferred new time
Please Note:
- Requests made within 72 hours of class time will not be accepted.
- Rescheduling is not applicable for demo classes.
